Also available to the Adult Program is the Fitness class!

Taekwondo FitnessThis class focuses solely on working out the body and can become a great supplement for trips to the local gym. Workouts are specifically designed to focus on cardio, strength, endurance and stamina.


These classes are also available for family members of current students. A 15-30 minute mini-workout of sparring follows each Fitness class for TaeKwonDo Students.
